We were told at the front desk they were renovating. Ok…the room was freshly painted and smelled. The phone didn’t work, the clock didn’t work, the plate in the microwave was broken in half, only 2 small pillows on the bed and there was black mold on the ceiling of the shower. My husband went down to the front desk in the morning to complain about all the things not working in the room and the black mold. He was yelled at by the manager and said there would be no refund or reduction in price because we stayed there. At 9:00 pm what do we do? If we canceled the reservation at the last minute we’re still charged. We have stayed in this motel many times. The last time was in May. I don’t know what happened here but we won’t be back even with the new name. Unfortunately the rude manager will probably still be there.

The hotel was okay, the room was clean, the bathroom vent did not work, and the shower door was very noisy. The one elevator was super slow. The hot tub was not working.

We got in really late and the night person was really helpful! Everything was great will stay again if we’re in Omaha and need a good place to stay
